Tuesday, December 19, 2017 - Pale yellow color. Light citrus, Granny Smith on the nose. Subtle tangerine on the finish. Enjoyed it with cheese and fruit. Picked up a few bottles recently at the release price. While very good, I'm not sure if it has evolved for the better or worth the current price.
