Wednesday, January 14, 2009 - Very young and expressive. Notes of pineapple, citrus, buttery oak and coconut are first impressions on the taste. Some mineral notes, but, all in all, not up to what it will be in the years to come. This is not showing a lot of complexity or nuance. Had it with baked wild caught salmon and roquefort garnished fresh spinich salad. Iit was a very friendly combination, and is a refreshing glass of white Bordeaux at this time.
