Friday, September 30, 2022 - Had laid down in my cellar for 12 years. 05 bordeaux had excellent potential for aging and this one showed. fully matured, smooth tanin, slightly cedary and mineral. 20s+ aftertaste . Just right alcohol to my taste. Rich but not heavy. Easy to pair with food. Unbeatable value. Hats off to Sociando.
