Thursday, November 5, 2020 - Decanted for an hour before drinking over 4 hours. The wine has a deep ruby color, big nose of dark and red fruit with some cedar and oak on the nose. Still a ton of fruit, with good acidity, smooth tannins and a long delicious finish. Great with NY strip steak and drinking beautifully right now.
