Friday, April 8, 2011 - Decanted and consumed over 3.5 hours. First 45 mins this had some very floral notes with dark berries and oak. The wine hit its sweet spot after 90 mins, with the tanins taking on some elegant yet very sweet notes. At the three hour mark the wine was still quite enjoyable but was clearly beginning to fall apart. I'd drink up my remaining bottles within 2 years if I had any more.
