Sunday, October 9, 2011 - First sips of 1st glass with no decant we're a big blueberry pie. Then the wine tightened up for the rest of that glass. Recorked the bottle and opened 4 hours later. Tannins dissipated and the rest of the bottle was rich, smooth and beautiful. Drink now with decant or hold a few years.
