Wednesday, April 21, 2021 - What a pleasant surprise this bottle was. Given that 2011 was supposed to be a down year not much was expected of this odd bottle. What emerged was a fully mature masterpiece of wine making. Very smooth, layered nuances, penetrating bouquet and a long savory finish. Have no idea how I acquired this bottle but i'm sorry I have no more. (at least I don't think I have additional bottles) Could there be another in the 1500 odd bottles I have in my cellar?? Here's hoping.
