Saturday, June 27, 2020 - Splash decant opened it up nicely from the start though it continued to improve. A bit more temp sensitive than most. I love the viscous mouth feel (not to everyone's liking) and the enormous amount of complex fruit balanced with just barely enough acidity. Fun to drink with others because everyone tastes something different.
