Monday, May 16, 2016 - Tasted at the cantina. Nothing too serious, but the mineral and saline aromas invite deeper inspection - there's seashells, pears, tangy apples, river rocks. Medium-bodied, with avg acidity, this offers surprising depth and length - neither of which I'd have expected given the challenges of 14 vintage. Drink now. 12,5% abv.
