Community Tasting Note

Saturday, January 9, 2016 - Color: Pale green/gold/straw.
Nose: A little bit of baked bread with delicate strawberries.
Flavor: crisp, green apple consistently throughout - very nice sugar/acid balance. The taste lingers for about half a minute and because of the balance, the wine isn't overtly acidic in the finish.

An off-dry, light-bodied white blend. I don't normally consume whites with residual sugar but this one is quite palpable. A very nice spring or summer porch wine.
