Wednesday, July 8, 2020 - The wine has a beautiful bouquet that sets the stage for what will be a fantastic wine. If you must open this wine now, then decant it for at least an hour. The tannins are there, but they are not fully integrated. Hold off on opening if you can, because it is too soon to open it. I think this is going to be a stellar wine for those who wait. Right now, it is a bit jammy--Mollydooker'ish.
