Despite the auspicious vintage, there was little on the nose or palate that stood out other than an unappealing tartness and a lack of depth. Fruit and tannins are mostly gone, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. I feel as if I had a bottle of this a few years ago and was similarly unimpressed. If you have a bottle, cook with it.
