Saturday, December 26, 1992 - CHAMPAGNE FIRST FLIGHT, MONDAVI AND OPUS ONE SECOND FLIGHT (Hi-Time Wine Cellars, Costa Mesa, Ca.): Tasting of 5 Champagnes at Primas. Was a sweet smelling wine on the nose with a sweet, mineral, honey taste in the mouth, finish left no doubt about the honey or sweetness, not my style but still a nice wine. My #4.
