Monday, August 8, 2016 - Drank over two days with no noticeable change in character. Very light straw color with a bright reflection, clear and sound. Light bodied with fast legs. Very faint aroma with a bit of lemon zest, pineapple, and wet rocks. A nice charge of acidity carries yellow citrus and very light macadamia over the bed of quartz-like minerals. Not particularly deep or persistent, however it is very refreshing and easy to drink. 5+9+14+7 = 85
