Wednesday, November 1, 2023 - Pop and pour. Deep golden color. On the nose: apricot, peach, soft lees, savory herbs. On the palate: fantastic concentration and acidity: apricot, peach, lemon, thyme. Lovely density and a long tangy finish. Wow.
