Thursday, March 9, 2023 - The wine has a beautiful garnet color. Blackberry, red currant and mushroom on the nose, and blackberry, licorice, leather, red currant and some herb that I can't identify on the palate. Medium body with a silky texture. This is a great CDP. Really nice after 1 hour decant but fun along the way.
