Monday, November 30, 2020 - Pop and pour. No notes taken, but this was drinking very well. Light on the palate but showing nice red fruit. Smooth, satisfying finish. This was obviously a well cared for bottle. Paired very well with the homemade ravioli with shaved white truffles.
