Sunday, October 5, 2008 - This one still needs more time in bottle. It is drinkable now but it can only benefit from further aging. Lot's or berries and some pepper on the nose. Not much fruit on the palate though, at least not at first. The pepper dominated the wine. Drank this one over a four hour period and that last hour was by far the best when the fruit finally had a chance to shine.
