Saturday, January 1, 2022 - The first bottle I tried in 2017 was too young for me and I didn’t even finish my glass. It was extremely tannic like I had eaten a persimmon! However, it’s structure completely changed as it aged to a totally different wine. The second bottle I tried in 2021 was excellent like I am use to from the top cab producers in Napa. I would buy again.
