Thursday, December 24, 2015 - After this bottle, I must say that Cedric Bouchard is one of my favourite winemakers/producers. This is such a well made wine. Unbelievable nose here. This definitely wow'd the senses. As a poster said below, "clean, yet rich". Boom. I love this.
