Monday, December 21, 2015 - The wine is clear with a pale intense lemongreene colour, looks youthfull.

On the nose it is clean with medium intense aromas of green apples, lime, cool stonefruit, rupe gooseberry, yoghourt. Developing

On the palate it is medium+ acidity, medium % body and flavour intensity with aromas of greene apples, lime, cool stonefruit and some tropical fruit like kiwi, also hint of gooseberry. Medium+ finish.

This is a very good quality wine with some potential for agening. Well balanced with good acidity and structure, concentrated cool fruit and intense acid aftertaste. Lacks complexity and more concentration too be of exceptional quality. Cant find any oak on this now but i thought it was oaked when i opened it.
