Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Blackberry Farm Cheese and Wine tasting (The lovely East Tennessee mountains): Wine and cheese tasting in the cellar @ Blackberry Farm. Poured into glass 90 minutes before I tasted it. Was good but expected this to be WOTN based on producer, vintage and my love of Barolos and it just got it's butt whipped by the CDP before it. Maybe it didn't get enough air? Regardless, this was a decent pairing with Italian sheep's milk cheese. Brad - heavypourwine.com
