Thursday, April 19, 2018 - Ah, Bordeaux. This is why I love you so much. Palma violets on the nose. Smooth and elegant at nearly 50 years old with subtle fruit and an extreme delicacy. The wine of the night and a wonderful wine experience from a historic chateau.
*Drank with Steve and Megan at Noble Rot in London.
