Tuesday, July 31, 2018 - Seems way young, dry and tannic right now with some good Nebbiolo stuffing peeking out from underneath. Hopefully can elaborate my thoughts here on night two or three.
Night 4 - returning to the Ronchi - tar, dried rose and menthol on the nose. Tannic dried rose and cherry on the palate, though finishing with a more rounded tannin with cherry and sandalwood. My crystal ball says to cellar for a decade for a totally satisfactory if not profound Nebbiolo. Very Good.
