Wednesday, June 30, 2021 - Deep garnet in color with a slight hue of oxblood. Nose of bing cherries, vanilla, and hint of dark chocolate. Tastes of cherries, milk chocolate, and hints of licorice and leather. Needs to open up, as it drank best on day three and was austere day one. Nice food wine. Drink now and over the next 5 years.
