Sunday, December 9, 2018 - Paired with grilled pork ribs and mashed potatoes. Nice together. The wine looks violet colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like baked strawberry, prune, cherry, flint and violet. Palate is strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, prune, cherry, dust, flint, stoniness, violet and stems. The body is light/medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
