Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - Acker "Paulee" Burgundy Dinner (Capital Seafood - Beverly Hills CA): Paulee style dinner. Magnum. Very rich, slightly more bready than I recall from previous bottles, but with the underlying structure to keep everything in harmony. Very complex with very good depth.
