Wednesday, December 12, 2012 - Baked apple, toasted brioche and lemon on both the nose and palate. A bit of (almost) candied ginger too. Very giving on the palate with great balance. Really the only nit I have is that I'd like to see a little more acidity, but overall a great bottle of Champagne.
