Sunday, July 31, 2022 - Dark, muted rust color. Ripe, sweet fruits exploding on the nose with oiled aged leather and dried fruits. Boysenberry and fig intermixed with present alcohol levels.

p.s. snake river filets with cauliflower purée and spinach salad.
