Monday, December 24, 2012 - After 1 hour, the wine reaches its maximum potential and develops notes of red fruits, earthy spices, very long in mouth. I would say this vintage was at its apogee 5-10 years ago... But still very much enjoyable!!

4/25/2014 2:19:00 PM - I just opened a bottle of this the other night and agree with DRGREEN- it took nearly 1 hour to really open up - we started tasting 30 minutes after decanting and the wine was smooth but somewhat missing character/hollow on the palate- closer to 1 hour it began to develop much more complexity and evolved quite nicely!
