Sunday, May 31, 2009 - Decanted two hours. Gorgeous bright red fruit and classic Burgundian earth on the nose.
Loamy strawberries, spicy raspberries, mushrooms, earth floor and beautiful Asian white pepper spice aromas are extremely enticing.
Palate shows lots of fleshy red fruit. Beautiful spice on the back end with awesome acidity on the finish with a hint of creamyness as well.
Be sure to let this one decant for at least an hour or two before drinking.
