Saturday, November 10, 2012 - Bought direct when first offered, this wine has matured very nicely. Popped, decanted and poured. There was sediment in the bottom. The cola Pinot funk is gone. The cherry fruit has sweetened. There is spice and the roughness of its youth has smoothed out. This went down easily and disappeared fast with seared duck breasts.
