Wednesday, October 5, 2016 - The nose was intense and layered, showing raspberry, cedar, spicy florals, dusty minerality and hints of animal musk. On the palate, I found soft textures contrasted by tart berry fruits and gripping tannin. Persistent and intense, the Albesani impresses for its power, finishing long on palate coat tart red fruit and tannin.
