Tuesday, January 12, 2016 - Nose: There is a larger scale to the nose with brioche, baked apples, Meyer lemons, warm biscuits, and some red fruits. There is excellent depth with a bigger nose.

Taste: Fuller bodied with medium/high acidity. While there is a richer side to the feel, it's still very well balanced with baked apples, brioche, Meyer lemons, warm biscuits, and some red fruited tones with a touch of custard.

Overall: This is a really good champagne. It is on the bigger side, but it's far from overdone along with having a slight red fruit side as well.
