Sunday, October 22, 2023 - Intriguing and inviting nose of honeysuckle, almond, and nutmeg Tasty and full, with peach pit, dilute marzipan, honey, and a hint of ginger spreading across the tongue. This 70 marsanne 30 rousanne blend declared the typicity of its Northern Rhone roots, called like a siren to be sipped again, and tasted delicious with beet and apple salad, squash croquettes, and grilled octopus. Very fresh for its age; no rough edges.
