Friday, January 11, 2008 - Drank this over two hours and it was truly breathtaking. The nose was slightly restrained, showing elegant flavours of flowers, apple, peach and yellow fruits over minerals. On the palate it's full bodied with very clean, pure flavours of peach, apple, orange, citrus and red fruits with salty mineral notes. Very precise, seamless and balanced - this has plenty of acidity underneath all the fruit with a silky, almost glossy texture in the mouth and an incredibly long finish. Wow.
