Monday, February 10, 2014 - Received as a gift from a friend and shared with more friends as our second bottle at dinner, following Vilmart. This was a nice, light, dry, sparkling rose and it paired well with food. It's acidity complemented the saltiness of a bonito flake topped stack of greens with thinly sliced air cured ham.
