Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - Pale straw. Nose subdued. Maybe should have opened more than 30 minutes in advance? Beeswax, honey. On the palate, it shines. Juicy lemon, fuji apple, lemon verbena. Oak perfectly integrated. Purity and linearity. 45 second finish. Drink now or hold a couple more years.
