Thursday, May 4, 2017 - Really great wine. Not sure how they pull off this amount of richness and body at only 12.7% ABV, but it's ridiculous. The fruit is delicate, lots of lemon and apple. There is just a touch of oak and malo. Acidity is very precise, not overbearing. Really lovely stuff.
