Tuesday, April 27, 2021 - Slo-oxed for 15 minutes, but continued to open for another 20 - 30. A really nice non-vineyard designate Chardonnay by Ted & team. Medium to plus body (due to, at least, partial malo) with notes of apple, pear, lemon, some spice, and just a touch of oak. The acidity is balanced, and the finish is medium to plus. Should hold for at least a couple more years.
