Wednesday, January 20, 2016 - My favorite bouquet of the night of blind tasting. Beautiful flowers, muddled tropical fruit, marinated beef, iron, lavender, blue and black fruits and pepper. The palate followed the nose with great balance and streamlined focus. One of the better C-H's I've had and the other wine I guessed right double blind.
