Thursday, December 25, 2014 - Fairly harsh on first opening, but after 2 hours in a claret jug and further time in the glass this opened really nicely. Cedary aroma, perhaps not as full flavoured as I might have expected but with plenty of structure and tannin at the end. I think this is just entering its drinking window, and will improve further
