Saturday, February 25, 2017 - 2005 Bordeaux wine tasting. Double decant. Stored at 57 degrees.
Beautiful aroma and a very nice wine. Cab dominates but lots going on. Black currant, cherry, chocolate, nutty hint, blueberry, cigar box, and leather. Spicy finish with some bell pepper.
