Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Transparent light brick red color. Strong barnyard nose. Not much fruit, hint of sour cherry, cranberry and rhubarb immediately followed by savory flavors, mushroom, sage, celery, dirt and charred wood with a long bitter metallic finish. 80 for the bright acidity and complexity; otherwise the finish makes this barely drinkable. No improvement with food or air.
