Saturday, January 19, 2019 - Light staw color. Lemongrass and apple blossom aromas and a touch of glycerin. Medium body. Medium plus acidity. Medium plus finish. Lemon drop, pear, and honeydew mellon. Seems to be peaking. Drink now.
