The color's surprisingly deep, and the flavour profile shows a lot of developed burnished/smoky/creamy elements around the core of rich peach and citrus fruit flavours. Good acidity gives it lift, and it has a remarkably silken, plush texture on the palate. Lovely wine, though definitely seems like one to start drinking up. I'll have to reach for my '05 Brucke soon.
