Thursday, August 8, 2013 - Dönnhoff tasting (AuZone, Stockholm): Appearance: light yellow
Nose: citrus and zest, other yellow fruit, honey, hints of elderflower, emerging development with some hints of petrol.
Palate: off-dry, citrus, elderflower, quite good concentration of fruit, high acidity, mineral, a hint of grapefruit bitterness, very balanced finish.
