Monday, September 4, 2017 - Lovely! Light yet with great persistence. Peaches and hibiscus flowers with just a touch of slate/petrol. Kept improving over the whole evening. I love this style because they can complement a light savory main course AND hold it for an hour or so then pair it with fruit like peaches or pears with cream as a dessert as seems not to heavy for an over hot Labor Day evening.
