Monday, August 1, 2022 - Gave some air in the bottle in the fridge for about 6 hours. Beautifully lush, sweet and holding elegantly and smoothly together. Honey with some petrol notes emerging. Had it with a mild red curry. Not quite sure whether it matched or not but was just so delicious anyway
