Wednesday, August 18, 2004 - Blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Muscadelle. It starts with Muscadelle - very exotic, lots of peaches,
hints of herbs, spices, flowers. Then, this wine shows its body - very distinctive Chardonnay - apples, pears.
Finish is quite dry - firm and smooth Chenin Blanc.
Very interesting and enjoable wine, especially considering the price.
